Microsoft is set to expand the Game Pass Core library by adding three new titles on March 26. This update is a rare occurrence for the $10/month subscription tier, which will now include Batman: Arkham Knight, Monster Sanctuary, and Tunic.
Game Pass Core, an evolution of Xbox Live Gold, offers subscribers access to a curated selection of games on console, along with online multiplayer access and member-exclusive discounts. With only 47 games currently in the Core catalog, the addition of these three highly regarded titles will bring the total to 50.
Some of the other games available in the Core catalog include Vampire Survivors, Halo 5, Stardew Valley, Limbo, Hellblade, Fallout 76, Grounded, Firewatch, Dishonored 2, Celeste, and Among Us.
In comparison, Game Pass Standard ($15/month) offers hundreds of games, while Game Pass Ultimate ($20/month) includes all of that plus day-one new releases for first-party games, cloud gaming access, and an EA Play membership.
Additionally, Game Pass Ultimate will see an expansion of its library this month, although 10 games are set to be removed soon.
